1. It takes approximately 45~60 days from order to production.

Our furniture is made from carefully selected high-quality wood and carefully crafted one by one after receiving your order. Therefore, it will take about 45~60 days for delivery. Thank you for your understanding.

2. Delivery and shipping charges

Delivery will be by Yamato Home Convenience or Sagawa Express. Please refer to the separate shipping fee list for shipping fees.
Shipping charges vary by product. You can check during the checkout process.

For overseas delivery: EMS Express Mail Service is used.
Please feel free to contact us for more information as there are a few areas we are unable to provide.
Also, please contact us if your country is not listed during the checkout process. We will be happy to provide you with a price quote and make the necessary arrangements to receive your order.

3. Payment Method

Please pay by credit card or bank transfer. Please note that bank transfer fees will be borne by the customer.

4. Shipping and Arrival

We will contact you after shipping. We will carefully pack and ship the items in perfect condition, but if there is any problem, please contact us at any time. We will also handle the loading and unloading.

Overseas: Please note that we do not accept any returns.

5. If there is a defect in the product, you can return it.

In the event of initial defects in the delivered product, accidents during delivery, or returns due to customer convenience, please contact us in advance by email or phone. We will guide you through the exchange and return procedures. However, since the products are made from natural materials, the color and grain of each product will vary. Please be aware of this in advance.

Regarding duties and taxes
International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes incurred when purchasing products. We do not charge them. Also, the prices listed do not include value-added tax (VAT).

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • If you wish to return the product for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. If the product is defective, we will cover the shipping costs.
  • Please note that if you return the product without contacting us, we will not be able to accept it.
  • We try to display the products as close to the actual product as possible, but the image may vary slightly depending on the shooting conditions, computer screen, browser environment, etc.
  • In the case of returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, such as cancellation after the product has been shipped, or the product being different from what you expected after receiving it, the customer will be responsible for both the actual shipping costs and handling fees.
  • Made-to-order/special order items cannot be cancelled or returned.
